No reaction from my friends pet rat. He has cats so it should know what hisses are. Though strangely enough, his cats and his rat get along just fine.

- I doubt that they'll run away. I have two pet rats, and when a noise like that happens they'll just jump, and hide behind whatever is closest to them.
