a free "assist":

uhhhh ... try "Microsoft Security Essentials" very easy to find and pretty easy to install

altho the question is rather open-ended and non-specific, just giving my "best-guess"

perhaps cognitive therapy can help you feel more 'secure' ... just a bit "pricey", tho if you have money and/or a good medical-insurance plan, it might be accessible

    probebly in reality most computers can be broken into if you actually know how to use tools like metasploit but thats unlikly. in short just get some anti virus software if you want to feel better
