The bolloons are used as medium to forward ideas, to give voice to people... Speech balloons as in comic strip enable communication , they open dialogue and discussion. Within the bolloon project their communication from sender to receiver is enigmatic. The medium of the message is nomadic in itself - heading for an unknown receiver. Instead on focusing on destination, we choose for post.communication.
