Lost numbers on my cell?

Ok, my old cell phone's screen went kaput after the little hinge thing broke into like 10 pieces and no longer shows anything on it. All of my numbers were stored on that phone (not the sim card). Is there any way to get the stored numbers from the broken one back? The old one was a Samsung A717.

Can you at least get the phone turned on? If so I know step by step on how to save contacts to the sim card.

Press Menu (left soft key)-->Press 8-->Press left soft key-->Press 12-->Press 13-->Scroll down once-->Press the left soft key
