    Its obvious.
    Like, if some girl has a tinnnyyy waist, huge hips, and huge boobs, obviously she was done. And BADLY. Plastic surgery should be done to look as natural as possible.

    Or you could just feel the person up. :D

    Sometimes yes. Results run from crummy to outstanding. Get personal referrals. Go to the higher quality people. They will charge more but results will be better. This is particularly true for faces, breasts, scar removal, etc.

    Ask them...also there's a certain scientific proportion to the human body. If things seem a little out of wack (even if it may be aesthetically pleasing) you can be guaranteed to find some sort of alteration.
